Press Release 28th September 2020

Leading aged care customer experience platform Hayylo has made a round of big moves for 2020 including the appointment of Megan Braithwaite from AlayaCare and Procura ANZ as part of plans to continue into scaled-up operations after experiencing exponential growth over the last 12 months.

Braithwaite joins Hayylo as National Director of Accounts and Growth, a move that Hayylo Co-Founder and CEO Greg Satur says will further cement Hayylo as one of Australia’s leading technology platform’s in the sector.

“Megan joins our team with over 12 years of impressive sector experience in taking companies from startups to market leaders in Australia and New Zealand. We are thrilled she is joining us to take Hayylo to the next level.”

Braithwaite’s domain experience is set to continue the rapid growth Hayylo is experiencing in Australia and internationally with its market share growing month on month with Prestige In-home Care, Mercy Services and LifeCare joining Hayylo over the past two months.

As part of her first few months Braithwaite will be focusing on working with our current customers to further drive optimisation and the utilisation of the Hayylo platform. Focus will also be on accelerated growth as the company moves into 2021.

“Megan is one of the rare executives who bring a breadth of impressive experience and commercial strategy yet can execute hands-on growth tactics in a super-fast scale-up environment from C-suite to the grass-roots level,” Satur explained.

Drawing from recent experience as National Client Relationship Manager at AlayaCare and Procura ANZ, Megan is excited to bring her experience to the company that is changing aged care customer experience and communications at scale.

“The parallels with my background and where the team at Hayylo are going are perfectly aligned, we share a problem-solving mindset and are all highly competitive”, says Braithwaite.

“Our sector should be really excited about what Hayylo is offering, I see it being key to improving some of the challenges that aged care has experienced for so long now”, Braithwaite continues.

Along with the appointment of Braithwaite, Hayylo has started their move into the United Kingdom and New Zealand along with some exciting in-country projects that are reshaping the way services are delivered to the aged care community.
