Hayylo Welcomes Catholic Care Diocese of Wollongong to the Family

We’re proud to announce our latest partnership with Catholic Care Diocese of Wollongong (DOW), an organisation dedicated to delivering compassionate, client-centred care to over 900 clients in the Wollongong area.

As part of their commitment to improving client communication and enhancing service efficiency, Catholic Care DOW is adopting Hayylo to transform the way they connect with their clients and families. This partnership marks another step forward in aligning with the Support at Home reforms, prioritising streamlined communication, self-service access, and trust.

What This Partnership Means for Catholic Care DOW

By implementing Hayylo, Catholic Care DOW aims to:

Optimise Client Communications: Automating notifications and providing direct scheduling access will reduce manual processes, giving staff more time to focus on higher-value activities while improving communication efficiency.

Enable Self-Service Scheduling: Clients and families will be empowered to access their care details directly through Hayylo’s app, reducing the need for routine calls and fostering independence.

Streamline Call Routing: Clients can connect with the right team without relying on manual intervention, reducing response times and enhancing the client experience.

With a “take it slow” approach tailored to their unique needs, the project will roll out core functionalities by December, supporting their vision of delivering exceptional care with efficiency and trust.
