A successful referral is an aged, disability or community care provider who shows interest in Hayylo, is open to a conversation and becomes an opportunity.

What is an opportunity?

To qualify as an opportunity, a referral must meet the following criteria: 1) An Australian *company* providing care services; 2) A *contact* with decision-making seniority in the organisation; 3) The contact *completes a discovery call*; 4) *expresses clear intent* to purchase within 6 months.

What happens if my referral is denied?

Not all referrals are a good fit. We will email you to let you know why and you can contact the referral for confirmation
