Following a successful pilot across the Brisbane South region, Anglicare Southern Queensland has committed to expanding its client engagement app to all of their home and community clients across Queensland, improving communication opportunities to some 34,000 clients.

Supported by Hayylo, the Anglicare Southern Queensland app offers seamless communication, improved service coordination, and advanced analytics to improve client care and outcomes.

Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Hayylo Greg Satur said he was excited about the continued collaboration between the two entities.

“Anglicare are dedicated to providing the best support to their clients and the communities in which they operate. The Hayylo team are excited to be introducing new ways to support clients and teams via our customer service platform,” Mr Satur said.

Anglicare Southern Queensland Group Manager, Home and Community, Sue Montgomery said the technology will help Anglicare continue to provide exceptional care to its clients.

“We’re constantly looking for ways to improve our client engagement and service and are excited to be able to extend this technology within the home care sector,” Ms Montgomery said.

The expansion of the app to all Anglicare Southern Queensland home and community clients will further streamline communication between Anglicare Southern Queensland, their clients, and families, ultimately enriching the overall care experience.
